Do you provide the home theater equipment?
Yes, we do. We're an authorized dealer for over 300 top brands, and all our televisions, speakers, AV receivers, projectors, projector screens, power management devices, cables, remotes, and AV racks include manufacturers' warranties. We ensure every component is fully compatible, UL certified, and RoHS compliant.
Who installs the home theater system?
Our home theater installers are certified, background-checked, and highly experienced. They complete ongoing training and certification courses to master the full range of AV technologies, tools, and best practices, so every installation is done to the highest standard.
Can a home theater system be installed in any room?
Yes. Our installers can custom-install home theater equipment in any kind of room, regardless of whether the walls are drywall, concrete, wood, plaster, tile, or stone. Even if your room isn't prewired, we'll fish cables through the attic, wall, or built-in cabinetry as needed.
How long does it take to install a home theater system?
A basic installation on drywall typically takes 4 to 6 hours. More complex custom installations, on stone or brick, with concealed cabling, or in rooms that aren't prewired, can take 1 to 2 weeks. We always schedule around your availability to minimize disruption.
How much does it cost to install a home theater system?
Our price starts at around $1,200 when mounted on drywall. Final pricing depends on wall type, cable concealment, bracket type, number of TVs or screens, number of devices, installation height, difficulty level, and whether a power relocation kit is needed.
What's included with the home theater installation service?
Placement, integration and consultation, new equipment unpacking, damages and defects inspection, equipment installation and integration, full custom audio and video calibration, customer orientation, installation debris removal, and a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship.
Will the home theater cables show?
Our entry-level services do not include in-wall wiring or cable concealment. However, we can fish cabling for a clean look for an additional charge, with several options available to conceal cables inside the wall.
Do your installers follow building codes?
Yes. Our installers are familiar with OSHA, NEC, and local building codes. Low-voltage wires such as HDMI and audio-video cables are generally code-compliant in walls. When a power outlet is needed for an AV rack, TV, or projector, we install a power relocation kit for a clean, code-compliant result.
Are you insured, and what does the warranty cover?
Yes. We carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy. We provide a limited lifetime warranty on all labor and workmanship, plus the manufacturer's limited warranty on equipment. If we installed it, we stand behind it.
Does anyone contact me before arriving?
Yes. We contact you 30 minutes before arriving to confirm you're available and give you time to have the area ready for the service.
